I will try to explain in clear english but bare with me...

I want to create my own team which i know how but i don't want it in all my games just one would i have to create everything start the game then delete them off the editor or can i have a file that i can activate when i want?

I think the easiest way if you don't want to use this team all of the time would be be to create a copy of the database and then edit that.

As long as you put it somewhere under "My Documents" you can then use Dan Atkinson's Shortcut Application to create a shortcut to run FM with the modified database and you can use the original shortcut when you want to run without it.
