sorry if this has been posted before i done a search and couldnt find an answer so, in the official editor under club attributes there is an attribute called team focus, now i have a couple of theorys of what this means i just wanted to know if i had it right:
so is it the higher the stat the more the team focus's on teamwork than on individual performances? or is it the higher the stat the more of a unit the squad is, like how well they get along with each other and how as a team they cope with loss of form etc
