Look in
program files\sportsinteractive\football manager 2008 and you will find it.

If your looking to add the new Japanese player Mizuno to your Celtic squad then dont bother because he's not in the database. I can only assume this is because of Licensing issues.

go on games go to games then you will see football manager 2008 right click then click on data editor
