I've created 3 formations
Our 4-4-2
Our 4-5-1 attacking
Our 4-5-1 defensive

yeh hleb, hes a funny one, i put him as an mc and hes doing great with loads of creative freedom, his dicision stats are pritty poor, so i was plesently suprised that players with poor dicisions can still have lots of creative freedom |

To get the passing and triangles like real life, what creative freedom do you have the team on?
I've currently got everyone set to the first notch of 'much' (is that the word? lol)
Because when you watch Arsenal, you see everyone, even the defenders in sticky situations, passing their way out of trouble instead of kicking it out of touch.

creative freedom means how much time do they spend braking the rules of your tactic, so if in real life they all had much creative freedom you would see them all playing like fabregas and rosicky, going for key passes and looking for magic, in reality both in real life and on fm, you cant have lots of people doing all that, the team wouldnt have any work horses, even simple things like dribbling down the wing to beat a man, could be abandoned via to much creative freedom, instead he might go for a killer pass which could lead your team into truble.
On a side note i think that if your tactic isnt sound, then prehaps selecting the correct player to have lots of creative freedom could make up for your mistake in tactical judgement.

creative freedom for me is easy to set up, select your most favourat creative player, then slap it on like tricle, sit back and watch him work |

I'm gonna leave everyone's creative freedom on normal... excpt for my wingers, Cesc and my 2 strikers... and in the 4-5-1 attacking, my four creative midfielders and the one striker.

Yeh you might be ok, i mean my theory was to set up the tactic get it working nicly, then tell my players to do what the feck they want, at least then i know if it goes wrong it was creative freedom that screwed it and its not my tactic thats the problem. |

Hehe...
I kinda think the definition of creativity within the game is wrong... it should be that they're creative within the other team instructions set for the team.
