Default red aeeows in training

can any one please tell or help me to stop getting my players attributes to go into the red after months into season i usually keep my training on general but now and again experiment to try and stop this any one any ideas please

yer i get the same problem. even when i use training packages such as matts or cleons or the addtraining one i always get most of my players on red arrows and one or two on light green :@

how long did you stick to the training schedules for?

I used matts training with a few tweaks and it took my players about 2 months to adjust before it took full affect even though my players have up and downs in their training their stats have greatly improved.
unfortunatly im not very good with training so i don't know what to suggest really, sorry

I just wish there was an option at the start of the game which could turn of training and make the players advance in skill on their own

Ive always told myself not to look at the arrows.... it doesnt give a good overall picture!
Look at the overall progess chart at the bottom right of the training screen (i think) as long as thats improving i dont care what the arrows are telling me!

The problem is that even if I don't look at the red arrows, I can't ignore the fact that some of my players are losing one or two points off every attribute within the space of about two or three days - and staying there.

GO to training then players click on the schedule and move the ones which have red arrows up appropriately

just do indervidual positional training and make sure u have at least 4 stars in each coaching area.
