I have trainning schedule.. Att - Mid - Def - DLDR...
they increase first month... after then be red and decreasing...
for ex...
attacking schedule... shootting attacking ball control high and they increase first month but after they decrease, also they are high...
Should I change trainning for evry month..
for ex... for att schedule; one month attack shoot ball ccontrol hıgh... next month aerobic strength tactics are high and others are medium...??
PLEASE HELP... I WILL CRAZY BECAUSE OF TRAINNING...
