How is your goalkeeper doing? I seem to have too many passes not completed here...

On the other hand, my point is that this tactic is great. I have gone 60 something matches unbeaten i primera division, and that with a team of youngsters
I'll post some more pictures tomorrow.
By the way, my left striker is playing at a great level too, about 8.25. The one on the right side plays around 7.6.
Can anyone see why the right one underperformes compared to the one at the left side?
| Hi Brynjar,
I liked the look of your tactic, and obvioulsy how well it seems to perform, so I'm going to give it a go.
I've started a new game (with patch) as Arsenal, and am going to just use your tactic.
As you use a target man, do I have to set the central striker as my target man?
Also, any other tips for player attributes for any of the team - please let me know.
Thanks

Goalkeeper:
Average rating arount 6,80. The keeper is important in this tactic as he also works as a second sweeper. The reason why he is missing passes/ you are loosing possession might be:
1. Goalkeeper sucks at passing
2. Your target man doesn't win the long balls that are directed towards him.
When it comes to the target man part, be sure to have a huge lad in the middle up front. I've tried with small players, and I am sure you'll mae that work too, but then you have to tweak the team so they skip playing to the target man.
Good luck both, get back to me as you test it!

When it comes to the other players of the team, here are some stats you could take into consideration:
Sweeper:
Choose an influentual sweeper. Teamwork, Decitions, positioning. But! In my position the sweeper is given some creative freedom. Therefore, if he is creative and a good passer you might benefit from this.
The central defenders: Use normal defenders, not neccesary to have those "DLC" etc. Course, it might be an advantage. Further you should focus on speed, tackling, and positioning.

The difference between this tactic and the old one, is that it now has three strikers, and the game is based upon a large tm.
My tm is 22 years old, current ability is 171, but still he does the job to the full extent. Can't wait till he reaches 191!!!
Check it out: http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...targetman8.jpg http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r...sen/tactic.jpg | Seems good. I think it works great when you use him as target man and supply passes to head (heading - 20) or run onto ball (pace - 19).

The wingbacks:
You can use wingers or wingbacks. My experience is that the wingbacks work best in average, but the wingers might give you some great moments down the flank
The Dm: Use a normal DM, preferrably a huge lad.
CM: usa an attacking midfielder.
Strikers, L & R: small, quick players. good crossing, dribbling, finishing +++
TM: Huge lad, heading, strenght, jumping

yes, use your mid striker as tm, put him on nr 1 tm and make sure you tip off the box.
have you tested the tct?

what do you mean 'on nr 1 tm'?
The tactic itself saus 'use target man' which is ticked. So should i go to team instructions and click target man, and slide over the middle striker?
I'm testing it now, played 3 in the permiership - 2 wins and 1 loss - which was my 1st game of season, away at chelsea!
Just played Lyon in the champs league at home, won 3-0. It seems to be working well so far!

Sorry to get you confused..
Team instructions: Use target man: On
And then, select your central striker as the target man.
Kinda easy hehe.
Anyways, I am wondering if someone has done some in-deep testing?
