I've had it with team talks, i just can't seem to get to grips with them, they're just so god damn tedious and ambiguous i'm going to let my assistant take the majority in future - However, i want to go out and get a new AM based primarily on stats for teamtalks. But for that i need guidance on which traits are most important. In my opinion these would be key areas (but personal interpretation of terms and phrases can be a killer so any advice welcomed):

Level Of Discipline
Man Management
Determination
