I've had it with team talks! i just can't seem to get to grips with them, they're just so god damn tedious and ambiguous i'm going to let my assistant take the majority in future - However, i want to go out and get a new A.M. based primarily on stats for teamtalks. But for that i need guidance on which traits are most important. In my opinion these would be key areas (but there's so much room for personal interpretation of terms and phrases that others' advice will be much apprecitaed):

- Motivating
- Level Of Discipline
- Man Management
- Determination
- Mental

lmao, bugger ... the sites been crawling n playing tricks for me today, or maybe its a problem my end. The thread didn't appear after i posted initially, so i did it again lol. Soz about that!

I have found that individual team talks for every player works a treat. Before a match, "you have faith" on every player. I've used this for at least 8 matches now and found that it is working for me. It'll not work on every player but has worked for at least 8 players in my starting line ups

Cheers for that boys, i did some more reading and have persisted with taking the team talks myself - my team were in a rut form wise, so i opted for a more sympathetic approach (including plenty of 'i have faith' comments pre-match) which has been fruitful so far.

However, i also called for a team meeting around the same time; could have snapped the team out of their poor form?
