Louis Briscoe is a fast striker. Try using him with the fast striker settings

ok
on the deck is on the grass, pitch, ground
but what kind of stiker it is? Pacey? Finishing? Passing? Header? Sorry guys i don`t understand, maybe give me screenshots with example striker "on the desk"

targetman to head
heading
jumping
strength
targetman to feet
passing
first touch
targetman run on to ball
pace
dribbling
am i right here

Because you want them to play back to goal so they can win flick ons or hold up the ball. If they have FWRS set they will be much less effective.

so if i have pacey forward with good dribling , but poor heading should i give my wingers croses to targetman or not?

As you see I have forward runs often, I do this because I want my targetman to be the highest positioned player at all times. This way he can pass the ball to people behind him, rather than flicking the ball on in the hope a runner will get to it.
