I am playing a 4-2-3-1 tactic with Valencia and I have won 3 La Liga´s in a row but it seems impossible to get my AMC to play well. Can you please help me to get the best out of him?

1. Season Silva 7.02

2. Season Carvalho 7.06

3. Season Matias Fernandez 7.06

What should his instructions be? Free role, much creative freedom,playmaker etc. HELP!

You play too wide for him to be effective, because of the width settings the empathis will be on the AML/AMR instead of the AMC. I use Fernandez as my AMC and hes got average rating of 8.11 after 34 games and scored 17 goals. My instructions are very simliar to yours too.

I play something simliar to you, I play normal width and focus passing through the middle. I don't focus passing down the wings because you don't use wingers, they are placed too far upfile dto be effective playing down both flanks anyways imho.

Pretty much, have u considered dropping him back to MC perhaps with a Farrow, he might c more of the ball there.

No my wingers still get good ratings and they are heavily involved in play. However I focus my passing through the middle as Fernadez is excellent at scoring and creating goals, so I utilize this best I can.

Rating 10 Vs. Gimnastic

Rating 10 Vs. Celtic

As you can see he played amazing, but my wings then dropped to 7. I wish that there would be a way to get good ratings for AML,AMC and AML at the same time

Somehwere between your original tactic and the tweaked version will be a happy medium I am sure.
