Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default What does the bars indicate?

i think that that shows his level of training over a period of time and so you can see if hes improving or not and such.

If he has been injured you can tell because the bar will drop

No, you can see how their stats have improved in different areas, but this doesn't necessarily indicate how hard they've worked or how well training is working. Stats can naturally fall (and rise) without a good training set up and/or without the player putting much effort in.

It's good to show that a certain player on the fringes of the team is putting in more effort than a first team regular, and also good to see if your youth players really are taking things seriously.

None. Didn't say there was.

I said there's a difference between stats changing and effort in training.

Millie is saying that stats can go up or down dfepending of the training schedule but it is nice to be able to see how hard a player is working and they really want to break into the team (youth player) or cement a place (rotation player)
