Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

The game is not coded to notice culture in different playing styles. So all tactics currently have the same effects no matter what league you are in. However I know this might change in the future with a bit luck, but at the minute its same across the border. So if you currently think there is a difference, its only in your mind

LOL if this is so cleon will you elaborate on why i was doing fine in italy with my tactic then i move to west ham and lose 5 or 6 games on the trot. If it isnt the difference in countries i think it could either be the players or the effect of the weather

Different team, different players, different club, different expectations, different ways teams line up against you.... I could carry on but you get the drift. Just because soemthing works in 1 game with a team doesn;t mean it will again with another. You changed too many factos so needed to take them into account.

But I assure you 10000% that the game is not intelligent enough to make all leagues play different styles. But I hope its a future feature of the game.

One thing I do notice while playing on the continent though, is that managers very rarely use a 442. They use some crazy formations at times, have people noticed?

Brazil has a huge variety of formations the AI will use against you. 4-4-2, 4-2-2-2, 4-3-3, 3-5-2, 5-3-2, 4-3-1-2, etc. Always a challenge. I like to start in their third division. You see all kinds of stuff.

Brazil is a good place to go, if you want to work out how to beat every single formation on the game. Vary rarely do you face 2 teams who play the same way. Other night I came up against a W-W
