What is the best traing schedule for youngsters to get the best out of them when they are older?

stick to the standard for youth players, move them to reserves as soon as they sign a professional contract, because if you leave them in the youth team they will stick to youth training routines. This way they get a good physical foundation but once they are 17 (or 18, depending on what nation you play) they get the full on training program that you choose for them, which makes their stats explode

i'd agree with opul. When they are in reserves i give each player their own training regime, looking at what stats they are low on and which will be key bearing in mind their position and how your team plays.

yes, same training. you can only differ between youth and senior squad. so once a player is out of the youth team (and has a prof. contract) he is in the senior trianing routine. which individual one you then choose for him is entirely up to you. automatically they will move into the "general" routine.
