How do I get one of my players to tutor someone

you go on to the person you want tutoring ie the youngster hit interaction, then at the bottom it says linked player click on that and it gives you all the possible options, then you pick one of the possible statements ie player is ideal role model,

best thing to do is get them tutored by several players over time, i had saiviat at tottenham had him tutored by berba, bent and keane as all differant types of players he became an all round superstar

but be careful with different personalities. I've got lots of trouble in my squad now because of a personality difference leading to faulty tutoring
