Hi just a quick question. Im currently tottenham in my game first season and second after about 10 games. Ive signed ben arfa and he's been putting in some good performances and has just won player of the month. I took a look at his stats and ive realised that although he is still very young his work rate and team work are very poor both (9) his finishing is 12 and concentration is 12 with a downward arrow indicating he isnt improving on that. I look at training and you have the options aerobic, strength,attacking... in those catagories i dont see how you can improve work rate...
In order to develop him il have to play him of course but id like to do it the proper way and focus more on his effort for the team and so on. How can i improve a certain attribute of ben arfa's?
You look how ronaldo has improved over the last few years, he is as strong as they come, aerobic and weights obviously but he has also improved on team work... fergie can obviously say we need to look at this and that but i dont have the option on the game.
Thanks

i dont want to use the editor because thats basically cheating, and what training regime do you use to improve work rate... i dont understand how you can improve work rate, team work... through using the options you have in training?

How do you train that in real life?
You can't effectively.

well i know but come on seriously if your going to reply, reply with a helpful answer. If someone needs to improve on their work rate im sure their manager will tell them. Look at giovani his work rate was terrible and always was. Its never just going to improve as you gain experience... you have to do something about it.
