hi, i started the game unnemployed and by november got the job with aston villa. theyre 19th and havnt won in 8 games, the board want me to challenge for the title!! what can i do with my tactics to save the team? ive played two games. and lost them both. any help would be great right now

first of all you had to reduce the expectation of challenging for the title. I don't know how they would expect that from you if they are 19th

I was in a similar posistion, had 8 games to save Villa, I adapted to "The Winning" Tactic by Jack Edwards.

Sure enough I won all 8 games including against Liverpool and Chelsea, finished 13th but still didnt get a new contract.
