They're not always rubbish. When I was managing Argentina under 21/3's (well actually the full team but you know what I mean), I had 5 regualar players. Ustari in goal, Paletta at the back, Laurito, Perione and Zarate up front. I wanted Aguero and Messi to play but the AI had already confirm the first team's squad, which they were in. All five were great, but 2 other players stood out. A right back, Christian Perez, and an attacking midfielder, Walter Romero. Romero played AMC for me but could also play as an AMR /L. He scored 2 goals in every game, but was still outscored by all three strikers. Perez must've got 10 assits. He would walk 10 yards up the pitch with the ball, literally walk, and then play a perfect, Beckham style, 50 yard pass it to Romero (my playmaker) or Perione (my TM). It would drop gently to their feet, and then... goal. A few of the crosses would fall to Zarate or Laurito. He also got 1 goal of his own.
Other greys of note: Ches Perez (no relation) AML, Arel Heinze D/WBL, DM, MLC.
Sorry for broing you all but I've always wanted to tell soemone that and it's too short to be a story.
