Not at top prem club I would think, but he did play all 38 games for me and I finished fifth last year. He scores a canny few from long range. I would reccomend him, make a scout get a report of him.

i scouted him and all i got back was he would be a good signing.
the reason im asking all these questions is that im bored of buying the players that i normaly buy, tempted by halford or ryan taylor

you see i have an opinion that if your a big club you seem to near always get workpermits,however,sign him anyway then offer him a contract as key player and see what happens!

ratinho accepted my offer then the transfer got cancelled after the appeal, maxwell accepted my offer then i was told i could sign him but id have to loan him out to belgium until he gets a work permit.
