I became World Class by about November and was offered the Lazio and Palermo jobs which i refused, much to the delight of the board by the way i am playing as my Italian/Argentinian moniker.

Ive just been earmarked for the Arsenal (wenger was sacked for finishing 6th!!) and the Everton jobs...I refused to comment on Arsenal and declined interest in the Everton job. however it will be tough not to accept Arsenal...hmmm, what do you guys think i should do? Is it too soon to leave Marsielle?

no, £24m was available as an option when i was offered my contract extension. it meant taking the lowest wage limit but i was well under so was able to take it. i guess the income came from my Japanese links and decent run in europe.

the Asenal offer came and i delayed for a week before declining. think i'll stick around for a while, im very happy with my squad plus i have lots of interesting youngsters coming through.

i was offered the Inter job, in Feb of my 3rd season.

As i was still in the CL i decided to delay until the end of the season, which Inter were happy to wait and hoped i would sign at the end of the season....at the same time Marseille offered me a contract extension again i decided to delay until the end of season.

I was subsequently knocked out of the CL but i have since went on to win the League with 5 games to go and still have the FA Cup final to play.

I was starting to think that i would take the Inter job as i couldnt see me taking Marseille much further, however as soon as i had won the League, Inter confirmed Walter Zenga as their coach! Without coming back to me!

i wouldnt mind but because i delayed my Marseille contract most of my top players have lost faith and dont want to stay where i dont want to stay!!!

I am so ****ed off!!

has anyone else had similar circumstances??

i've just started a game with the weegie update. tweaked my money a little to £10m though, to reflect Ribery money a little fairer. don't hate me!!

what formation are you paying? i'm struggling to settle on one. tried 4-2-3-1, 4-4-2, 4-4-1-1 so far....

in my first season i was forced to play very defensively as i had only 1 out and out striker.

bringing in Anelka and training Renato Agusto as a striker allowed me to be much more attack minded...
