ya and they have said no, and Im under my wage budget by $70,000 so I have room to pay him the extra 15,000 he wants yet it wont let me.

you can get a lot for Riquelme probs about 12-15 mill that how much i buy him for and buy a replacement with good passing vison and creatity is a relpacment for him.

Even though Fletchers moral is crap, he is still scoring like there is no tomorrow so I have up front with Qvist. He just needs to get over himself.

Indeed, just keep playing him.....I've done the same with Riquelme and he's morale is now good....

Maybe even try the media interaction and praise him, see what that does to his morale?
