Excelsior from Holland are a quality challenge. I'm currently in a game with them and you can pick up some top Argentinian youngsters for next to nothing and sell for mucho profito!

Try Derby mate. I've been in the same position of getting bored after a season or two with the big teams. But now having a great time with Derby. Really poor squad but you get just about enough money to make it reasonably strong.
