Im new to the Lower League Manager scene and was wondering, is a poor International team ( not Scotland ) accepted as a "lower league team"? To give an example, a Nation like Singapore or something like that...

I mean earn the post, but I'm saying shouldn't those countries be the international lower leagues?
I am by no means saying they should be taken on at the start. You have to earn your stripes.
