Teams with big reps. I am not too sure about abroad but another team that has a big rep is Hull. However true LLM is from the lowest divisons so in England, you shouldn't run into any forbidden teams from the start.
Big teams in the french lower leagues in CM3 was a problem, like Toulouse. I'm sure we had some guidelines with max 15000 capacity stadium and stuff, you might want to look at that.

Crap Managers may only BEGIN managing a team which is recognised as Crap under the rules laid down below:
No team beginning in the top division.
No team beginning in English Division 1, Italian Serie B and Spanish Second Division
Stadium Capacity must be below 15000 (preferably lower) or below the minimum capacity for getting in the Top division for those leagues that have a limit.
Bank Balance can be no larger then £500k.
Of course there is always the possibility to change team later...

Lets say Ruhden are a bit more towards LLm these days but still....
I encourage LLm vrigins (and theres a lot of them ) to play with a Rushden or somebody. The chances of success are better and it gives them an encouragement to carry on.
Imagine thrwoing a new LLaMa at Igea Virtus or Noisy-Le-Sec they wont stay a LLaMa very logn
Some teams are easier to manage than others, because of higher reputations, more finances, etc., and as such are frowned upon as Teams to be managed by LLaMas.
Peterborough were such a Team in CM3, Rushden too.
Cheltenham have good players to begin with, but no Lower League Teams are forbidden as I said before.

V_Baia_Portista... run before you get burnt. Please though read the LLM rules, and you'll find WBA aren't classed as LLM. Yes, they are rubbish but not lower league.
