Hello, Another Virgin LLaMa here... (at least with CM4, although I have always played Telford in other versions of CM).

I've noticed the Conference is split between Pro and Semi-Pro teams. When does this designation change? I remember it changing in a previous version upon promotion but I was wondering if I could change it if I started offering only full-time contracts?

The idea being a "professional" designation may aid in attracting players.

(15th in the Table after 8 games and everyone on the team is happy to have joined such a successful club!)

It means that all your staff have a full-time contract. Players and non-players alike.

Doesn't matter if they're all full time, DJ. The Conference Clubs that start off as semi-pro get full-time status upon promotion to Division 2.

Is it possible to a D3 team change from Professional to Semi-Professional if it is relegated to the Conference?

I assume that they'd have to leave the club then? This would be an interesting feature of the game. Just imagine your top scorer leaving the club after you've "gone professional" becasue he's recently knocked someone up.
