Most LLaMas will do that but its considered a grey area and some of the more zealotous will declare it to be off-limits.

I have to admit to using it personally if for no other reason than to save time offering contracts to all the uninterested staff, but really you'd have no idea until you offered them a contract normally if being strictly realistic.

I actually think that the 'unrealistic' target feature is good - namely because I know it can make mistakes.

I've had a couple of examples where I've signed players who were filtered by my assistant (and of course players on the list who weren't filtered and there was no way they'd play for Chester).
