I must be lucky &lt;crosses fingers&gt;. I'm running a test (continuing the finance test run on the general forum)... running all 88 leagues large DB... not sure if it's full detail or not). While slow (1 season/24 hours), saving every 3 months...it's chugging along.

I'm now in the 05/06 season... no crashes yet.
Woudln't want to play at that speed, but for test purposes...guess it's okay.

I just keep expecting to go home one day and find my CPU melted from continuous use

Well, to be brutally honest: only half joking.

I've heard the real story and retold it a thousand times now. The testers did find 99.9% of all the bugs reported and repeated ad infinitum in GQ. SI didn't find the time to fix all bugs, just fixed the real showstoppers.

It's both unfair and useless to slag the testers and by now I'm so fed up with hearing that same old same old that my sense of humour about it has left me somewhat.

My prejudice about LLaMas being that they (we) are pensive and patient, I hoped to not see those accusations about bad testers here.

I had a beta 6 weeks before you guys had the demo and 10 weeks before you had the full game...

The game is hardly recognisable from the pile of poo they let us test back then

Scouting is improving. Ill see if can catch the ear of Mr Vaughan to get improvements for EP4 (assuming EP3 doesnt fix them)

Showstoppers like every club going into bankruptcy? Denmark and Argentina not even having seasons after year 1? The MLS proving itself to be unworkable again?

C'mon, anyone, please make a car analogy, tell SI they are getting rich over selling a totally flawed product, then tell us you don't play the game anymore but have a right to your opinion and then, do me a favour and eff off to GQ! And make sure to read all the moaning and whinging, because all the arguments like Jeff's here have been used (and noted and life goes on.)

IMHO, CM4 has to be accepted like it is. There is nothing we can do, at least not here in LLM, to change it. For bugs and irritations, use GQ. I'm sure Smiley Dan will welcome you with open arms.
