Nope. The top teams from Serie C2, A, B and C get promoted to Serie C, and the runners up play off for the fourth Team to join them, if I remember correctly.

Juanseba is lying btw, you have to go through all three Serie C2 divisions in order before you are promoted to Serie C1B.
