Yeah its easy, I can get most mid table clubs to top 4 in the Premier League when it would be very hard in real life. I also won the Serie A with Palermo after letting go for Baragzali and Zaccarando replacing with Delpiere, Filipe and VDV

I had a horrific start with Lyon yesterday and I actually have quit the game in frustration. Today going to try again with another team. The big advantage of this version IMO is the match flow in which you can make adjustments in-game and that way tune your tactic quikly.

This version all goes pretty well for me. Normally I would be searching on this forum for any tactical help I can get as I was a tactical disaster in the last 2 versions :o .
This year I created my own tactics, bases on the tactical advise I read here in the last 2 years and ended 2nd (+ cup winner) and 3rd in my first 2 years with Palermo.

Although I am a world class manager now, I am not confident I can do the same when starting a new game.

im really struggling!!! whoever i am............ im crap. seem 2 go on loosing streaks like u wudn't believe and just can't find a formation that works!!! any tips??

I am playing a 4-3-1-2 attacking formation and set all players to standard settings for their position.
1 forward is target man, the other striker!
After that I fixed these settings just a little bit for each postions. For example always hardtackling (except the 2 up front and attacking midfielder)

Besides that I dit put an arrow back on the midfielder in the middle.
For team settings I play with target man and play offiside trap, with tempo slow (almost normal), almost wide + almost pushing up the defends.

For away games I have the same tactic, only I play all positions more defensive.

+ My midfield is very strong and the attacking midfielder (14Gls/11Asts per season) is very important in this tactic.
- My striker/traget man together score only 25 goals in a season
