Can the computer controlled teams now build out their own stadiums or is it still as in 07 that YOU have to be the manager for a team to make it build out its stadium? It was a bit fun-killer to see that in 2011 all the other teams had done nothing at all with their stadiums when I had expanded it with 50 % on FM07.

On 07 I saw hundreds of expansions and new stadiums, you probably just didnt play it long enough. 2023 in Spain there were a lot of new stadiums, plus plenty that had been upgraded and improved etc. Playing at top level only most of them are round about the level they need, you wont see Old Trafford or the Nou Camp being expanded generally as they dont need it.
