One example of a high-scoring game does not make it a frequent occurence.

English teams are overrated in FM.

Obviously Manchester United's 7-1 mauling of Roma in the quater finals of the Champions League is the most impressive result. :p

high scores once in awhile are fine and as proved by real life results detailed above, do happen. But when almost every game in a division has scores of 4-4, 5-5, 6-5, 8-3 it just isnt realistic.

i remember a day of friendly matches, 6 or 7 got played, and they all have about 7 goals scored ... ok it was friendlies, but even so..

not sure if i've still got the save game, i'll have a look when i get home. if anyone's that interested!!
