Hello There People

I Have Rcently Aquired Football Manager 08 On Pc, To Find Out That A New Patch Has Come Out.However i have NEVER done patching or anythnk like that and, i do not know how to go about loading this onto my pc, and where it actually goes itself in order to pick this up on FM and make this work..

would it be possible someone could give me a step by step guide as to where i save it and load in order to get it onto my FM

Download the patch from here.

Click on the link that suits you in that thread, the patch will start downloading, and you save it to your computer. (99% of the time, this is defaulted to the desktop). Once it has downloaded, just open the file and it will install itself into your game.

Start a new game, or continue an old one for the changes to take effect.! (If you are continuing a save game, some changes will happen instantly, others will happen at the league reset date. (19th June for England))

Patching for the most part is an automatic process. Just download the file anywhere (desktop would be fine),double click the .exe and follow the instructions. It will copy all the necessary files automatically.
