Is it just me or do the stats of coaches seem to have little relation to the star rating of types of training? You can have a coach whose stats suggest should be brilliant at a particular type of training, yet even if you make him specialise in that area he's not as good as he should be. It works both ways too - I've had coaches with poor stats and poor 'working with young players' get better ratings than I'd expect, even as good as someone who should be much better than them. Can anyone explain this phenomenon? Are coaching ratings more dependant on reputation than stats?
Can you show some examples. I have no problem here. As in a coach with GK Coaching - 20 will have seven stars. Some of them need a combination of two stats. There is a thread somewhere with the info in. I will try to find it for you, unless someone else has it?
So basically from what the guide says one stat is more important than the other, so you can have a good rating in the more important category and an average one in the less important category and still get a good star rating? So if I have a coach with e.g. 17 for defending and tactical he won't be as good at defensive coaching as a coach with 20 defending and 10 tactical? Just as well I didn't sign any coaches yet then...
