It looks like the match report is a bit jumbled here. It only shows the player getting one yellow card, just after getting the red, not before.

Then second yellow + red and the commentry says he gets sent off. url

After that he gets booked again and the commentry says this

so its not just out of order, i think its a genuine bug

The last two links are presumably the same incident, as they are both timed at 78:52, but it does seem wierd it's doing it in that order.

Another possibility is if you've accidentally signed 2 players called Ben Morris, but if that was the case then I'm sure you'd have noticed it.

yeah only one morris on the field, checked that 1st ;P

I think the ref books him for the push when his goal was disallowed, and then because he runs over to the linesman and complains, books him again. nice and querky

The way I see it, the last bit is a sort of recap. The referee had shown Morris a yellow card, and the next line was just emphasising that. It seems odd, I agree.
