Is there an email address for problem that I can send to see if SI will do anything. Got no help from forums that worked so maybe sending some files via email will. Will the address from fm07 still work or is there a new one and what file would I need to include?

You should post in the bugs forum outlining your problem

The procedure for file transfer is stickied at the top of that forum.

There is no current email address for emailing SI.

Any problems should be posted in the Bugs Forum, and these will be answered as soon as possible.

well i havent got a reply from SI for ages about my problem and I have had threads for ages

it almost as if they dont know what to do so are ignoring me
