having not had a long term game i havent seen the effects of regens

do you still get countrys like brazil churning out world class players?

do you get the odd rooney where theres a big uproar then signs for a big club?

The obvious answer is yes. If you didnt get the odd Wayne Rooney then teams in the future would just be rubbish. Usually it's the teams with the best youth academys that get the best regens.

yes to both, although there is currently a problem regarding the quality of regens - they have high potential, but it takes them a while to get there, so all international squads get full of 30 year+ players - should be fixed in 8.0.2
