Ustari-Work Permit?

i bought ustari in january of 2008 and his appeal for a work permit was turnt down but he still joined the club im now in july 2008 and he still doesnt have a work permit?

anyone know how to re-apply?

Offer him a new contract. If that is again rejected, send him out on loan to a work permit feeder club.

You know what a feeder club is right? it's a specific type of one of them.

When a player has a work permit rejected but then still signs for you then you can send him on loan to a work permit feeder club - usually in Poland or Belgium - which allows him to gain a European passport in 3 years so that he is then eligible to play for you.

yeah yeah ok well ive got westerlo a belgian club as a feeder, but are you saying ustari wont be able to play for my chelsea team for 3 yars?

Well possibly yes. You could however try offering a new contract every 6 months and hope that a work permit will be granted.
