The thing is though, Man United have been consistently good so it can be hard to determine whether someone is a true fan or a glory hunting fan. Leeds had a real rough patch and the majority of their fans abandoned them.

i dont really consider myself a glory hunter, although i did stop following them when they were relegated it was because i moved away from leeds, i think you will get people going to games when thier team is winning and then the attendance drops when they are losing, it is in fm after all. and as for them being thugs i wasnt a twinkle in my daddys eye in the 70's and now ive moved to stoke and i see what football thugs are like so apologies on behalf off leeds united fans everywhere if we ever beat you up

the attendance in elland road was low-ish mainly because of the high ticket price. this season the price was lower and a lot of fans were back even before we started to fight our way to the top.

and yea, if you want to talk about Leeds do pop in to our thread in the OTF :thup:
