I think it should include crowd trouble to some extent. It happens in real life. Thats like ignoring the fact that all referee's are ****.

Hooligans Storm Over Europe Review
Hooliganism has no place in the FM series.
I would'nt endorse hooliganism in any way, shape or form, and especially get annoyed when they're called "fans"
