I mainly use the Spacebar - but do use both the other continue buttons (depends which option is the quickest at the time - if the mouse cursor is near one of the continue buttons its quicker to click it then press spacebar.)

What about asking if people use the keyboard shortcuts in general? I can never remember what they are.
I might in the future, but the keyboard shortcuts aren't something I can change or am interested in changing so that's why I haven't asked that question. I may do so in the future.
