when you click on john terry for chelsea you will get a chelsea badge in the top corner, is it possible to the same for when you click on him in the national squads?

Yes if you have logos for the national teams installed.

If you have national team logos installed and nothing shows - then no. (The national players profile page will only show 1 logo - can not remember if it is the team or comp one - it may just be the comp one).

well i have your national logos installed, can i edit wot logo it picks, cant it just pick the team like in the squads.

Just checked in game - only the competition logos show for players in international screens.

You may be able to get it to show the country badge instead of the comp logo - by switching the logos around in the headers.xml file (Though this may just show the comp logo on the right - depends how SI have it programmed).
