when you load up fm goto preferences menu and under display untick use skin cache, then select a different skin and click confirm, when the skin has loaded the logos should show, you can then change back to your normal skin and turn skin cache back on if you want.

I followed this advice and it worked. I can now see the premiership club logos but woe and behold, all other english club logos disappeared!? What is going on?
Make sure you didn't overwrite/delete the config file for the rest of england - it'll be the one inside the eng/england folder (not inside the league 1, league 2 etc... folders) if you were using the default logos.

That's probably it. I guess the only solution is to install the game again?
