Has anyone or got plans to make a playable qatar or ant african leagues playable?fancy a change!!

isnt there one african league playable...south africa...im not 100% tho i always thought there was

It is possible to edit leagues though!
Firstly find a league you don't use for example Wales.
Decide on what you want it to be for example, Japan.
Change the continent and country of Wales. Then change the 3 letter name to the Japan three letter name.
Next swap the teams round.
Then you have your very only J-League!

TNS crowned J-League champions.

It would take plenty of effort, but I am surprised we have not seen unofficial patches containing new leagues - partiularly Japan. Presumably there are hard-coding problems and the like with adding new leagues.

I can work on changing one of the most unused league to J-League with all squad players etc but I don't know how to make a patch for redistribution.
