The critical attributes for a midfielder are: pace, passing, OTB, creativity, dribbling, crossing ( if a winger) and technique. For a striker: Pace, acceleration, dribbling, finishing, technique and OTB. For a target man: umping, heading, strenght and OTB

Good players will have attributes of 15+ for these and the very top will be 18-20
