The Idea :
to create 38 saved games where each will have exactly the same results and tables with the corresponding week in real life. So for saved game # 1, we will have same results like they do in real-life EPL. When we're done, the set will allow anyone to download the saved game for any week they want, and take-over for any club to see if he can improve the club's fortune. Example : Once these files are finished and uploaded, I will download and take over Sunderland from the gameweek 22; because I think I can do better than the good old Mick ( at least in the game )

This project will mean a lot of scenarios which are strongly based on how the teams are doing in the real life

The Project
I will create the saved game file for the gameweek 1, after which I will upload the file somewhere; where someone else will download and make the necessary adjustments until the gameweek 2; and so forth. When we finished, we would have 38 "real-life" files neatly uploaded.

However, the only way I can think of doing this is by taking over all the teams in the EPL and "arranging" results by some odd methods, e.g. : funny tactics, etc. I don't care about this personally as long as I got the right results, but I have to inform you this because this is predictably time-consuming. Also, the potential side effect is this : Say we're finished and I want to play the gameweek 20 saved-game file; I may find it easier ( or probably harder ) because all of the AI teams I face in the coming week will not have a manager ( because of the method we are using in making the results; i.e. taking control of all the teams )

Obviously, I can not do this alone. If there is anyone who would like to participate in this project, please let me know via this thread. We will start when we have 38 people, - of course....

P.S: Correct results would be correct outcome ( W/L/D ) and goal difference, but doesn't include the exact goalscorer ( would be to hard to do )

We are only aiming for correct results in EPL, so just go on holiday for any cup fixtures.

It's a great idea. We've just started an online game where we ran it through to the transfer window, so it would have been even better to have the correct tables.

However, I think the method renders it pointless. No point in having the correct tables if all the teams are managerless as this blows the realism aspect of it.

On top of that, I don't think you'd be able to run it past week one. You might be able to rig one result in isolation, but when it comes to rigging 10 simultaneous games then the odds are stacked, especially for getting draws. It could take weeks to get a set of results and even then the goal difference (which is important in terms of relegation struggle) will be all over the place.
