I thought my last post made it quite clear what I was trying to do. Doing it using the "swap team" function of the editor is not that straightforward.If it was I would not have started this thread.

well sorry you dont have any other options a league can only have a set number of temas in it so taking one out replcaing it moving that team to another etc is just not gunna happen without swapping them

Was looking for an easier way thats all. You could do it on previous versions.i think SI are doing this so you have to buy future editions.
But until the go 3D there wont be any major game enhancement, for me anyway.

why exactly would this make you buy future editions? if your looking for the promotion/relegation things then swap team edts are easy to do.

Yeah, there is a couple of ways to do this but they have already been mentioned.

However, you could do this:

League A
Team 1
Team 2
Team 3

League B
Team 4
Team 5
Team 6

League C
Team 7
Team 8
Team 9

With EDT files:

Swap 1 with 4 then 4 with 7
Swap 2 with 5 then 5 with 8
Swap 3 with 6 then 6 with 9

And this would make:

League A
Team 7
Team 8
Team 9

League B
Team 1
Team 2
Team 3

League C
Team 4
Team 5
Team 6

If you need to do something like that?
