Really? My AssMan has bad, bad motivation skills so I'm fearful. I tried to find a new one, but the Board wouldn't let me sack the current one to pay the release fee and then wouldn't let the 2nd one get hired because I didn't need 2! Now I guess I wait for his contract to expire.

But thanks for letting me know I should try that option.

Stuart Mccall has bad motivation skills on my game too, however my performances are still good and I won the league 7 times in a row and ECL 2 times in a row. So his talks can't be that bad.

I wanted to sack him too but my board wont let me either, wish id not gave hima new contract at start of game now for so long

Sometimes it doesn't work. Especially if you're trailing by 2 goals behind Chelsea / Man united at halftime. i gave them hair dryer treatment most of the time.
