sorry mate but this will get closed, try to add more detail like what team you are, what are your teams strengths and weaknesses, what sort of football do you like to play etc.
also there is just not 1 tactic that works for international teams or club teams you have to tailor a tactic to use your strenghts and minimse your weaknesses, the unnoficial tactics thread is a very good way to get tips. also try checking out some of cleons, rashidis, asmodeous's and wwfans threads. if you are interested in a 4-2-3-1 tactic i have a thread called 4-2-3-1 development which could be of use, but like are said the best ones to check out are cleons, rashidis, asmodeous's and wwfans threads.
