Never had that one, but sounds like you havn't disaplined players enough. IE if they get a red card for something I Fine my players, and if they miss training I fine them...
I had that pop up in a few players, but I'm pretty sure it happened between games, and not while I had any disciplinary problems. In fact I'm quite confident it came up as a result of me answering "I've never heard of the guy" when I got 4-5 transfer speculation questions in a couple of days time. And oddly enough this happened while I had 20 for "Squad Discipline". After that I deleted 95% of my shortlist, stopped getting those questions so often, and only commented when it was actually a player I was trying to sign.
Poor performance, a player who repeated performs a 6 or less when you win should be warned. (you should also try and improve his morale).
Thats a bit harsh aint it? Players will have a bad game once in a while whether they win or lose the game its football you cant go around dishing fines because they performed average???

Possibly. I wouldn't fine for playing a 6 (just a drop to the bench usually works), but if they repeatedly did it, it would be worth at least a note to the press if not a warning.

The key word there is warned, not fined. I do not consider 6 to be a good form score, I expect 7 as a minimum from every match and by hell they know it if they don't achieve.
I'm top of league 2 by 21 points after 23 games, so it must be working. As millie said, you can manage it from the media as well.
sorry read that wrong then so far ive been lucky and ive never had anyone performing under 6 but if i see a player is going through a bad patch regardless who he is might be the best player the captain but i bench them and then i slowly start putting them in as subs during the matches seems to work for me
