how old does a player have to be for him to be able to be retrained. will a 23 yr old still be capable od being retrained from a am/f c to a mc?? thanks

i think age isnt a factor.

Age is a factor and the younger the better- it should be possible to retrain a 23 year old to a high standard in a new position if he is at least competent in that position at the moment. The further away from accomplished he is at the moment, the more difficult it is and the longer it takes.
